the Northcentral PA Landlord Association and the Benefits of Membership
About 10 years ago, a dedicated group of landlords from Ridgway decided to
share their experiences with each other and anyone else interested in learning
the ropes. Dave Olson, Diane Schloder and more recently Rick Homer, were the
driving force behind this fast-growing group. They undertook a major membership
drive two years ago and grew the membership from 60 to over 200 presently.
As an organization, we would like to say “Thank You” to these founding
members.
The group recently underwent a reorganization to help the group continue
to grow and be a force in the communities they serve. With an expanded board,
the group hopes to be able to develop and promote even more programs and benefits
for its membership. It’s an exciting time to be working together to improve
the knowledge of landlords and help each other to have the highest quality
properties in the area. As we all know, our properties can set the tone of
an entire neighborhood. The group will continue to provide educational sessions
at each meeting, as well as expand the member benefits.
