North Central Pennsylvania Landlord Association

JANUARY MEETING

The North Central PA Landlord Association is holding its January meeting at Gunners Restaurant in St. Marys this Wednesday, 1/16 at 6:30 pm.

This months topic is "Tax Tips" and will be facilitated by Josephine Randolph of DuBois. She will discuss depreciation of rental properties, deductions and capital gains. There will also be a round-table for all the members to share tips and ideas.

The Landlord Association is working together to improve the knowledge of landlords and help each other to have the highest quality properties in the area. Membership is $36 per year and includes discounts at various merchants in the region, complimentary meetings that feature national and regional speakers and an annual Membership dinner.
